1 banana
200ml low fat strawberry yoghurt
120ml low fat milk
120ml crushed ice
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30 seconds to a smooth, thick drink.
- Pour into a tall glass, add ice and strawberries to decorate if you wish.
